Returns & Refund Policy
At Superbeds, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date of your order. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Please note that returned items will be inspected after arrival to confirm their condition and eligibility.
Non-Full Refund Situations
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- The item is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm that your return has been reviewed. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days, although the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
After a refund has been processed, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or card account.
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting delays can occur
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@superbeds.com.
In some cases, we may be able to arrange collection or exchange through our courier partner, depending on your location and the nature of the issue.
Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser before being given as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at info@superbeds.com so we can provide return instructions.
If the return is due to a change of mind and the item is not faulty, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit and do not arrive back with us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@superbeds.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to provide a suitable solution.
